Basics: Ralph is married to Elaine and has three sons. Nathan, Zach & Sam.  Nathan and Zach are in college while Sam is in high school.  Ralph likes golf and racquetball and campfires.

My responsibilities at church are... I help coordinate group and discipleship ministries (care groups, men’s and women’s groups, one-to-one discipleship) and does some counseling.

My favorite thing about being at Heartland is...It’s a place where people can be real about their issues while striving to be more like Jesus.

If I had my dream vacation I’d... Go to Scotland.  I want to see some of the roots of the Reformation and see castles and run the hills like William Wallace.

My most rewarding volunteer activity is...Helping at charities each year my office sponsors for needy kids and adults.

If I didn't work at Heartland I’d... Still work as a contract specialist for the Department of Energy (my “day job”).
