Get Connected » The River at Heartland

The student ministry at Heartland is called the RIVER. All teens, 6th through 12th grade, are invited to come and experience genuine friendship and learn more about the radical love of our Savior Jesus Christ. We meet every Sunday morning, 9 to 10:15, for Tributary (our Bible study time). Many students are involved in RiverDeep, an evening gathering for a more in-depth Bible study.
Concerts, hang-outs, civic projects, missions trips, camp, worship band and drama ministry are some of the ways students can get involved.
The RIVER’s purpose is to Reach non-Christian students (evangelism), to Involve students in using their gifts and talents for service (ministry), to provide students with opportunities to Voice praises to God (worship), to Equip students with God’s Word (discipleship), and to help students develop meaningful Relationships (fellowship).
Come check out our youth center complete with a stage for our RiverBand, sound and lights. Bring your friends and see what God has in store for you.
